My name is Réka and I joined Capacities as Head of Marketing and Growth in November of 2024. As a writer and lifelong generally curious person, I have always taken notes and kept records. I’ve always got a notebook in my pocket, and you can trust me to have a pen on me at all times.",[11,15,16],{},"When I discovered digital note-taking in school, the world opened up for me. I used Evernote in middle school back when all my classmates were using Docs or Word, and I stumbled onto Notion in university, and used it throughout my academic career. I enjoyed the freedom of being able to build a system that reflected my needs. I started having issues with Notion being slow and hard to navigate after my extensive use, and found their pivot towards commercial users and teams disheartening. I want to have ultimate trust in my systems and the places I store my knowledge, and Notion just didn’t fit the bill for me anymore.",[11,18,19],{},"Everything changed when I found Capacities in early 2023 after watching a video on YouTube. I joined the Discord community, and I have been a dedicated user of the app since. I love Steffen and Michael’s vision, and their commitment to creating a solution to the friction in the digital note-taking space.
